Coleacre Kennels and Cattery has been a family run cattery since 1986. Our purpose built luxury cattery is entirely seperate from the boarding kennels and we can accommodate all breeds of cats - outdoor or house. At Coleacre our relaxed but professional attitude towards care ensures your cat will really feel at home. We try our best to fit into your routine at home so that there is as little disruption to your pet as possible. However we might try to sneak a few cuddles in here and there!

Comfortable & Cosy Accomodation: It goes without saying that hygiene is of utmost importance and all runs are thoroughly scrubbed between residents and a cleaning routine is carried out with great attention to detail every day. Our runs are all inside and we have individual and family rooms for one, two, three or four so there’s plenty of room for them to spread, scratch, pounce and explore. The runs are all heated and we provide beds and bedding for your cat, but of course it’s sometimes nice to have a smell of home. Toy’s are always welcome especially their favourite’s as they come in handy for playtime.

Diet & Feeding: We normally feed tinned food, usually Felix or Whiskas in the morning and dry complete food in the evenings. We will leave down a supply of food all the time if that’s what your cat is used to. We try to stick to your cat’s routine as best we can. We are also happy to feed what you bring in. Special diets and medication can be catered for, please let us know in advance.  
 
Loving Care & Attention: The care of your pet is paramount to us and we will do our utmost to make sure they are as happy and comfortable as possible. After cleaning out the cats in the morning, they are visited regularly during the day and are always on hand for cuddles when we see them. Every cat gets a daily health check to make sure their in purrfect condition, we even make sure they are tucked in at bedtime. Our cattery is manned 24 hours a day so in the unlikely event of something happening we are always on hand to deal with it straight away. Our staff are animal first aid qualified and most medications can be administered on your behalf during their stay. In the very rare and unfortunate event of a cat becoming ill whilst staying at Coleacre we have a 24 hour vet on call. When your pets come to stay with us, please make sure that their vaccinations are up to date and that you bring the vaccination card with you. Please consult your vet in good time if you have any doubt about vaccinations.
