We are open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and at weekends and Bank Holidays 8am to 4pm, our lunch break is 1-2pm.  We welcome visitors any time during our opening hours.  At Christmas time we close to customers on 24^th, 25^th, and 26^th December and also New Years Day 1^st January.  All charges are per day; including the day of arrival, if you collect your pet(s) before 12 noon on the day of departure, you will not be charged for that day, however, please check your dates as pets collected after the departure date may be charged for that day(s), regardless of the time of collection.

Please ensure that your pet(s) vaccinations are up to date and that you bring the vaccination card(s) with you.  Please consult your vet in good time if you have any doubts about vaccinations.  Also please let us know about any special diet and any medication, which we can cater for.  We provide our own bedding in the kennels and cattery, but do not mind if you wish to leave any bedding or toys, but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.

We offer a free day trial for pets who have not been in kennels before, please ask for details.  Also collection and delivery is available, as well as bathing and grooming. 

We also provide a micro chipping service, your pets are registered with the PetLog database which is run by The Kennel Club, please ask for further details.
